Job Overview
SFDLab is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Management Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in assessing organizational operations and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. As a Management Analyst, you will work closely with company leadership to provide data-driven recommendations that optimize business processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
Responsibilities
Analyze business operations, procedures, and structures to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies and processes to streamline operations, improve productivity, and achieve organizational goals.
Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions, including market trends, financial reports, and internal metrics.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with department heads and teams to gather information and ensure alignment of recommendations with company objectives.
Monitor the implementation of recommended changes, ensuring the effectiveness of the new processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in management analysis or consulting roles is strongly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
